This product comes from a fishery that has been independently certified to the MSC’s standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery.
Take fillet to room temperature from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before frying. Saithe is a mild-tasting, low-fat fish, so sprinkle salt on the surface of the fillet and let it season for a while. Fillet can be baked by dipping it in a beaten egg and then rolling in the breadcrumbs. Fry fillet on both sides and serve with the potatoes and a fresh salad.
Product has been stored frozen, do not re-freeze.
