Description

This product comes from sustainable fish stock with Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification. The European plaice is popularly used as a raw ingredient for fish and chips. It is a low-fat fish with a mild taste. European plaice is especially suitable for breading and frying since the breading keeps the flesh from drying. No added salt. The salt content of the product consists of naturally occurring sodium.
